Our client, one of the world’s largest education services companies, going through unprecedented growth due to the surge in demand for online learning, is looking for a Recruitment Sales Lead, to be part of an innovative new online learning service, working in partnership with universities across the UK. In this role you will ensure the delivery of all commercial sales targets by leading, coaching and supporting a team of Enrolment Advisors.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, key responsibilities include:
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate extensive experience delivering on ambitious commercial sales targets, as well as B2C sales achievements and team management experience in a consultative environment, leading from the front and coaching others. This role is suitable for a professional with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Data management expertise, analytics skills along with experience and knowledge of using SalesForce or another CRM would be advantageous. This is an opportunity to transform your expertise to a new level with many interesting and dynamic projects to look forward to in 2022.
