Our Client, an innovative and fast-growing EdTech start-up is looking for a University Partnership Developer to build close relationships with Universities across the UK and Ireland, delivering their SaaS product and project managing them with a consultative partnership approach.

This role is exclusive to Telfer Partners.

Joining an international team and reporting to the Senior University Partnership Developer, the main responsibilities include:

Identifying university targets and creating a lead pipeline
Contacting relevant decision-makers, creating awareness of technology options/solutions
Presenting and demoing the innovative solutions platform in meetings, webinars, and conferences
Successfully converting leads to prospects and closing (implementing the platform)
Managing a portfolio of universities and ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing the on-going relationship with the university
Training and best-practice sharing at universities
Maximising the success of the platform, including ongoing student engagement
Maintaining a 100% renewal rate
Representing the company at industry events.

The successful candidate will have solid experience within business development, ideally consultative sales or solution selling within a start-up environment. Great organisational, networking, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role will suit candidates who are self-starters with high energy, who have a passion for making an impact, who can deliver results and can contribute ideas for the future. Experience working within the Higher Education sector is desirable. This role will involve significant travel across the UK and Ireland.
